Refund policy
Effective October 4, 2026
30 days, no questions asked
If you’re not happy with Narration Studio ’27, ask for a refund within 30 days of any payment, monthly or yearly, and you’ll get the full amount of that payment back. You don’t have to give a reason.
How to ask
- Use the refund request form, or
- email support@narrationstudio.net from the address you subscribed with, or
- reply to your license key email.
The form has a few optional questions about what we could do better. Answering them is entirely up to you and doesn’t affect your refund.
What happens next
Refunds are sent through PayPal back to the PayPal account or card you paid with. It usually shows within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Refunding a payment also cancels the subscription, so you won’t be charged again.
After 30 days
Payments older than 30 days aren’t normally refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. If something has gone wrong, write to us anyway. We’d rather sort it out.
